In ZnGa_2Se_4 and ZnGa_2Se_4:Eu crystals photoluminescence (PL) at T=77–230 K has been investigated. In the PL spectrum of ZnGa_2Se_4 maximum was found at 591 nm, ZnGa_2Se_4:Eu spectrum maxima at 566, 591 and 646 nm, but in ZnGa_2Se_4:Mn spectrum maxima were found at 626 and 641 nm. Most probably the introduction of Eu and Mn ions into ZnGa_2Se_4 decreases the structural defects.
