Houston—Although it is just starting to digest a $1.67 billion acquisition closed in April, pipeline giant Plains All American remains hungry for more deals, with an annual acquisitions war chest of $500 million to $750 million and an opportunistic midstream sellers’ environment in North America. “There are lots of opportunities, and I am as busy as I have ever been in my career,” said John Rutherford, who coordinates acquisitions as an executive vice president for the Houston-based partnership.
