The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has recently lowered South Korea's annual economic growth rate to 3.3% for this year and to 4.1% for next year. In November last year, the OECD forecast South Korea's economy will grow 3.5% in 2012 and then 4.3% in 2013.
