As new yuan loans spiked above expectations in November, and as 2016 is supposed to post the highest number onrecord, analysts say this may signal weakening of the real estate market next year.In November new yuan loans jumped to 794.6 billion with mortgage lending amounting to 86% amid Beijing’s effortsto shore up economy growth. According to experts, however, the robust numbers speak of moderating property marketand a decline in steel consumption.
