Indian refiner Nayara Energy, formerly known as Essar Oil, has raised 24 billion rupees ($350 million) through its maiden placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on the domestic market. Nayara, in which Russian state-controlled oil major Rosneft holds 49.13%, said the issue was 60% oversubscribed.
