US coil prices were holding on Monday after a sizable decline last week with buyerssensing a bottom may be near and prodding for the lowest prices.The daily Platts TSI US hot-rolled coil assessment was unchanged at $532.75/st, while thedaily Platts TSI US cold-rolled coil assessment dropped by 50 cents to $710.25/st. Theweekly Platts TSI US hot-dip galvanized coil assessment inched up $4.25/st to $783.25/st,including a G90 coating weight extra of approximately $80/st.
