Texas-based Commercial Metals Co. expects its Polish CMC Zawiercie mini-mill to continue facingchallenges related to the “overhang of imports to the European Union” even though the Polishconstruction sector remains healthy and rebar demand is still strong, CMC said in its first fiscal quarter(September-November 2019) report published on Monday.
