Enerkem-Dominique Boies has been named chief executive and chief financial officer. He was most recently executive vice president and chief financial officer, and also served as acting chief executive since January 2018, succeeding Vincent Chornet, who retired due to health reasons. Mr. Chornet passed away on 26 June 2019. Joshua Ruch has returned as chair of the board, a positioned he served in since 2011. He relinquished the position six months ago to Mr. Chornet. During this period, he held the post of vice-chair.
