Vienna-The supervisory board of OMV has decided on a new organization structure for its Downstream business, which involves dividing the business into Refining & Petrochemical operations and Marketing & Trading. The reorganization will allow the company to focus on expansion and optimization of assets and maximizing its market presence. "This positions OMV's organization consistently along the value chain and ensures its preparedness for tackling strategic challenges in the future," OMV noted.
