Bozich was most recently president and chief executive of SI Group. Sumitomo Chemical-Keeichi Iwata, currently a representative director and senior management executive officer, has been named president and representative director to succeed Masakazu Tokura, who has been appointed chairman of the board. The appointments are effective 1 Apr. 2019.
