Hanoi-Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC (NSRP) has begun commercial operations at its $9-billion refinery and petrochemical complex in Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam (PCN, 5 Mar 2018, p 1). The project includes a 200,000-b/d refinery and petrochemical units to produce 700,000 t/y of paraxylene, 370,000 t/y of polypropylene and 240,000 t/y of benzene.
