Houston-JGC Corp. and S&B Engineers and Constructors Ltd. have inked a framework agreement to form a strategic partnership to provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for projects in the U.S. Gulf Coast. Combining the experience and complementary expertise of both companies, the partnership covers a full range of lifecycle services for the oil and gas, petrochemicals and chemical markets. The services include preliminary feasibility studies, front-end engineering and design, EPC and project management.
