Solvav-Ilham Kadri has been appointed chief executive, chairman of the executive committee and a member of the board of directors, effective 1 Mar. 2019, succeeding Jean-Pierre Clamadieu. Currently president and chief executive of Diversey, Kadri will join Solvay on 1 Jan. 2019 and spend two months transitioning into her new roles.
