Berlin— Air Liquide Engineering & Construction (Air Liquide E&C) has signed a cooperation agreement with Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. (MCC) to license MCC's butene-to-crude butadiene technology. MCC's state-of-the-art oxidative dehydrogenation technology of n-butene to produce crude butadiene was developed and verified at MCC's demonstration plant in Mizu-shima, Japan.
