摘要

With the expansion of multiphoton microscopy (MPM) applications in biomedical fields, imaging quality improvement remains a challenge. In this paper, a novel low-signal image enhancement method for MPM (LSIE-MPM) is presented that combines chi-squared conversion function and brightness transform function models. The proposed method has been applied to MPM imaging for the first time, including plant cell imaging, fresh ovary issue imaging, and real-time video improvement. Experimental results show that compared to other state-of-the-art algorithms, LSIE-MPM has superior accuracy and robustness.
