摘要

A new sprayline recirculation set-up is reckoned to bring big benefits to spraying performance. Sprayer plumbing can make a big difference to spraying efficiency, as the Laser recirculation system developed by Knight Farm Machinery for its sprayers demonstrated. By using a venturi to suck liquid through the sprayline, the Laser system delivers dilute pesticides to the nozzles the moment the "on" switch is flicked, removes this material back to the tank whenever a spraying task is completed and minimises the likelihood of pesticides settling out into nooks and crannies in the sprayline circuit waiting to be dislodged and cause a blockage.
