摘要

We read with interest the article by Wickremasinghe et al. (2007) on ocular presentations of breast cancer. We agree with the authors that male breast carcinoma is a rare disease accounting for 1% of all breast cancer diagnosis and less than 1.5% of all malignant tumours in men (Fowble 1991). We report an unusual and interesting case of bilateral simultaneous choroidal metastases and unilateral optic disc metastasis from metachronous breast cancer in a man.
