Three RACI members were among 12 scientists to win Victoria Fellowships for their work on carbon capture, anticancer drugs and green plastics. Dr Colin Scholes MRACI CChem, Mr David Ascher MRACI CChem and Dr William Gee MRACI were awarded Victoria Fellowships in November. The Fellowships, each worth $18 000, are first awarded by the Victorian Government to recognise young researchers with leadership potential and to enhance their future careers while developing new ideas that could offer commercial benefit to Victoria.
