摘要

Street children are young people who generally lack the spirit and energy to improve their lives. This study aims to help street children to be willing and able to prepare for their better future. Assistance is done to open their heart about the importance of goal determination, ableto make good goals for themselves, confident in their ability, and willing to struggle to achieve it. With the theme of “Achieving My Goal” the authors provide assistance to the community of street children who are also students of grade II junior high school at Rumah Belajar YayasanCinta Anak Bangsa (YCAB). This activity was done as a Community Service, which was held for three consecutive weeks, i.e., on 9, 16, and 23 of November 2016. At the end of the meeting, after following these activities, the participants are more able to set a good goal for themselves, especiallythose that fulfill the SMART element, i.e., specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound. Having a good purpose, confident of the ability possessed, and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve it, is very important to be owned by anyone who wants to achieve success in life.
