摘要

This article presents on the Enterprise Research Planning (ERP) training model on ERP users in Malaysian industry. The issues highlighted in this article aims to enforce a compulsory’s ERP training model to ERP users in order to achieve the company’s Key Performance Indicators.The outcome from preliminary survey presented in this article aims to enhance the ERP training model that have been developed by previous researchers. For this purpose, the developed ERP training model is compiled from literature although there are only a few ERP training models that existin open literature. The ERP training models are compared, discussing the similarities gained and incorporating enforcement elements into ERP training so that users are always competent and achieve the company’s goal of producing competitive employees. A preliminary survey in the formof online questionnaires have been made as an analysis of ERP training requirements and its enforcement is part of the organization’s KPI. The use of the training model in ERP should be initiated in all stage in the organization especially for finance, production and logistic department.
