Increasing stocking rate (SR) resulted in greater grass production and utilisation, and consequently, milkproduction per hectare (ha). Furthermore, Jersey x Holstein-Friesian (JxHF) cows produced more milk solids (MS)compared with Holstein-Friesian (HF) cows.
