The Commerce Department on April 17 said Chinese exporters of common alloy aluminum sheet receive significant countervailable subsidies. The preliminary subsidy margins outlined by Commerce range from 31.20 percent to 113.30 percent of the value of imported common alloy aluminum sheet from China. Commerce said it will instruct Customs and Border Protection to require cash deposits based on these rates.
