Optimization Analysis and Determination of the Main Parameters of the New Planetary Bevel-Type Continuously Variable Transmission

摘要

The structure and working principle of the new continuously variable transmission (CVT) planetary bevel-type was introduced. On the basis of determining the new planetary bevel-type CVT basic parameters, the main parameters of the new planetary bevel-type of the sun gear CVT working radius r_1 constant gear of working radius r_3, the sun gear and constant wheel contact surface arc bus radius r_0 and the planetary bevel-type arc bus radius R were identified and optimized by using the methods of the mathematical model, the optimization selection and the comparative analysis. The results shown that the slipping rate has been greatly improved in low areas of planetary bevel-type CVT through comparing and analyzing three different bus planetary bevel-type contact stresses and slipping rate.
