Young executives can face challenges when trying to inject workplace culture with innovation and creativity, especially in established businesses with firm roots in history and tradition. Although young executives' focus often turns toward making their own voices heard, encouraging a culture of openness and seeking input from the teams you lead can provide an excellent opportunity for creating dialogue and an environment in which your ideas will be received with sincerity. Many young executives find they can gain significant trust from both their employees and their executive colleagues by leading the development of a collaborative, innovative company culture.
