摘要

As one looks into the future of hy-personics, engines, ablative applications and other "hot" environments, the materials and process engineer is faced with a multitude of choices. The engineer that must select material options is faced with his/her choice that must be (a) manufactured and (b) must survive numerous environmental load conditions during its service life.
