It is essential to note that at this Professional Examination, nothing connected with the professional work in the particular subjects should be considered as outside the Syllabus, whether mentioned in these pages or not. This Syllabus is only a skeleton of a syllabus to give the candidates a general idea about the related lines. On the other hand, as newer rules are becoming operative, newer items are coming into use, newer methods are being developed and coming into use, etc. one has to be abreast with all these in his particular line of specialisation. Unlike the Syllabus of University Examinations, in the present case all related upto date matters should automatically be regarded as included in the Syllabus. A candidate, who is actually connected with professional work in the particular line is not expected to face and reasonable difficulty in understanding the position, since while actually working properly be has to be abreast with the upto date position in his subject for efficient discharge of his duties.
