Italian agrochemical company Isagro (Milan) has accepted an offer for its 50% share in the joint venture, Sipcam Isagro Brasil (SIB - Uberaba). The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March. The name of the buyer should be revealed "in the next 30 to 60 days", isagro says. The company has also sold its 50% stake in the Italian distribution company, Isagro Italia, to Sumitomo Chemical. The Japanese company becomes sole owner.
