A US appeals court has refused to overturn lower court's ruling that imposed buffer zones to protect endangered salmon from pesticide applications in three western states.the us infustry association,croplife america,and 30 agricultural groups appealed against the decision by the US district Court for the Western district of washington,maintaining that the court had over-stepped its jurisdiction (Agrow No 443,p 17).
