摘要

Femtosecond laser writing of ferroelectric one-dimensional microstructures possessing waveguide and nonlinear optical properties in Pb(Zr,Ti)O~(3)films is considered, and the passage of light beams via obtained waveguide structures is traced. The optimum speed and power density of the writing laser beam are within 50–500 μm/s and 1–1.5 MW/cm_(2), respectively. A two-stage method of writing is proposed, which provides for improved nonlinear optical properties of obtained waveguide microstructures.
