The speeding up of Brazil's equivalency system of generic pesticide registrations has been partially successful,according to the country's generic agrochemical industry association,the AENDA.Competition is rising,prices are falling and many companies are starting to get registrations,the AENDA's executive director,Tulio Oliveira,told Agrow.Some agricultural co-operatives are receiving registrations,he adds.The major unease is the lack of registered active ingredients getting on to the market in formulated products,the AENDA chief adds.
