SAE for ALL! Or SAE for ALL? Depending on where you are in the country or in your career this new concept can be taken in one of two ways- with enthusiasm and excitement or with skepticism and concern. Implementing a new initiative or changing what weare comfortable with can create anxiety and stress for agricultural educators already maximizing every minute of their day. However, if you stop and take a moment to think about your overall objective as a teacher, our ultimate goal is to prepare our students for the world of work. Our main focus is to provide our students with the right knowledge, tools and skills to become valued employees in their future careers. Thus, making SAE for All a program that can accomplish this goal for both the teacher and the student.
