摘要

In this paper, a novel sonogel was prepared based on the modified h-BN nanosheet (BTO) and PAO10. The rheological investigations demonstrate that the sonication induced gel is pseudoplastic fluid with yield strength and shear thinning property. The tribological tests show that of sonogel exhibits reliable lubricating performances even under the high load of 800 N and high temperature of 180 degrees C. The lubricating mechanism was discussed based on surface analyzations. The work indicates that the BTO gelator not only could alter the Theological behavior of PAO10, but also remarkably improve the tribological performances, especially under the harsh conditions.
