Acquisitions are a part of any sector, and everyone has heard of deals where company cultures clashed in ways that were far from harmonious. Approximately a year ago, T&T Marketing President Tom Jordan sold his business to M. Holland Company. At the time, WJI asked if a one-year-later story could be done. One reason for that was T&T Marketing, a supplier of compounds, was an office-less business, and just how that would go over with a structured company, one that was outside of wire and cable, seemed of interest. Below, Todd Waddle, market manager for wire & cable, M. Holland Company discusses the transition, joined in by Jordan, who stayed on with the business.
