摘要

This research has been carried out on latest practices of manufacturing and their impact on organizational performance. However, there is less research on the impact of improvement initiatives such as SCI and EPR on organizational performance. A better insight can be attained throughthe study of ERP background for shared implications of implementation of ERP system and integration of SCI. The research also presents information related to internet enabled supply chains. It also explores the hurdles in the integration of supply chains. The research is structured in a waythat after introduction, literature review is conducted. The literature has been reviewed on integration of supply chain and enterprise resource planning. Theoretical background related to resource-based theory, technology, environment and organization has been summarized in the next sectionof research. THE SEM-PLS is used on Indonesian data to achieve the research objectives. The study will be helpful for policy makers in researcher in understanding the issues related to supply chain, its integration, flexibility, and internal performance.
