摘要

In integrated circuit, the existence of subthreshold current makes leakage power consumption the most important constituent part in total power consumption and low-power consumption design is the new development trend of CMOS digital circuit. The allocation algorithm of dual thresholdvoltage referred to in the Thesis can not only effectively increase optimization efficiency of static power consumption, and it can reduce circuit complexity at the same time, which greatly shortens the optimization time. On the basis of not influencing timing performance of circuit, all unitsin the circuit are set to be high threshold voltage and then initial optimization and exquisite optimization are used to distinguish critical path and non-critical paths so as to effectively allocate threshold voltage of nodes. This method is very effective for optimization of static powerconsumption in the circuit.
