摘要

Using data from the 1976 Paris blind tastings of notable French and American Chardonnay wines in the 1st tasting and notable French Bordeaux and American Cabernet Sauvignon wines in the 2nd tasting , it was discovered that the same 5 of 11 tasters were the most reliable and consisistent in both tastings. Implications of this are discussed with reference to identifying factors causing this consistency, and enabling the more consistent tasters to impart this to the less consistent tasters. [See FSTA 2009-07-Hj2747 for Part I.]
