AS MY term with ALFA has now drawn to a close I want to share some impressions and express my gratitude for the honour of serving the industry as ALFA's executive director over the past 18 months or so. I welcome Dougal Gordon to ALFA. It was enjoyable working alongside him during the handover period and I wish him every success.
