The UN has invited all the parties of Black Sea grain corridor agreement to start negotiations on resuming the Togliatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline's operation, deputy minister of renovation and infrastructure Yuriy Vaskov said at the Grain Ukraine conference on 30 May. According to Vaskov, the UN a few weeks ago proposed signing an additional agreement to resume the operation of the Togliatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline, with Ukraine and Turkey having entered negotiations, but Russia turned down any further discussions until its other demands were met. Ukraine is prepared to discuss the resumption of the pipeline's operation only if proposed conditions will be beneficial for its economic situation.
