摘要

Coffey Geotechnics is delighted to welcome Kim Chan to the position of senior principal. Kim joined Coffey Geotechnics' Lane Cove office in Sydney on 13 November 2006. He will take a lead role on major infrastructure projects in addition to undertaking analysis and design and specialist laboratory testing. Kim brings with him over 25 years' experience in geotechnical engineering for various civil, structural and mining developments. His areas of expertise include high-level numerical modelling, field and laboratory testing, instrumentation and monitoring for soft soil projects, reinforced soil structure design, tunnel support design, deep and shallow foundation systems and hydrogeological studies. He has also published numerous technical papers. Kim will join a team of 60 principals and senior principals and become a member of the Council of Senior Principals.
