Nongovernment organization (NGO) has expressed alarm over the alleged existence of a cartel in the mango industry that can hinder growth, or worse, render death to the local mango business.The Management and Organizational Development for Empowerment Inc. (MODE) issued the warning in the wake of recent reports that the growth of the mango industry has been hampered by the wide business control of Chinese traders.
