The parameters of a non-cooled (16 x 16) array of infrared InSb emitters of positive and negative dynamic radiation contrast are described. The operation principle is based on generation of positive and negative luminescence (lambda < 7 mum) provoked by the magnetoconcentration effect. It is shown that it is possible to simulate in the 3-5 mum spectral range an IR dynamic scene with a record apparent temperature variation from -50 K up to +90 K relative to the background level.
