摘要

A new compound,[NH_4]_2[Zn(phen)_3]_2[Zn(phen)_2(H_2O)_2][V_(16)O_(38)(Cl)](center dot)5H_2O(1),was synthesized in the hydrothermal condition. The "naked"[V_(16)O_(38)(Cl)]~(8-) is the first observation with host shell structure in polyoxovanadate chemistry.Over the past years,polyoxometalate received extensive attention due to their structure diversity and potential applications in many areas such as catalysis,analytical chemistry,nanotechnology,chemical sensing,biochemical and geochemical processes,medicine and materials science [1-3].
