BRUSSELS - A majority of the European Parliament voted on July 15 for Jean-Claude Juncker to be the next European Commission president, handing the top seat of the EU executive branch to a figure who has made a European Union-U.S. trade deal a key priority, but has strong doubts about including an investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) provision in the agreement.
