Earnings for Dionex Corp (Sunnyvale,CA) in the first quarter of fiscal 2007 ended the 30th of September 2006,fell by 3% from the same period last year to 8.7 million,hit by higher costs,including 0.7 million for the company's restructuring project to centralise functions within North America and Europe,and last year's one-time 1 million gain related to a settlement of patent litigation.
