In this paper best approximation algorithm for drawing hyperbola on hexagonal grid using midpoint approach is proposed. The proposed algorithm use only integer arithmetic operation for pixel selection. The performance of the proposed algorithm is comparable to the existing algorithm. Owing to this approach we may visualize design ideas through animations and photorealistic renderings, and simulate how a design will perform in the real world in CAD tool with less aliasing artifact.
