摘要

Certain trace minerals, viz. Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn in serum of repeat breeding cows, due to endometritis were evaluated. The mean values of Cu (8.7 #mu#gl~(-1)) and Zn (18.5#mu#gl~(-1)) decreased significantly (P<0.01) in 1~(st), 2~(nd) and 3~(rd) degree endometritis whereas, the value of Fe (30.2 #mu#gl~(-1)) decreased significantly (P<0.01) in 1~(st) and 2~(nd) degree endometritis. However, the mean value of Mn did not show any significant change in endometritis. The ratios of trace elements in different degrees of endometritis showed that the ratio of Fe varied almost 6 times in 1~(st) degree, 9 times in 2~(nd) degree and 20 times in 3~(rd) degree when compared with the mean value of Cu.
