摘要

Digital breast tomosynthesis is a new three-dimensional breast imaging technology that has demonstrated its advantages over mammography by reducing the structural ambiguity caused by overlapping tissues. The motion blur caused by the X-ray arm rotation in the traditional prototype tomosynthesis systems influences its application. New design of parallel imaging configurations also appear recently to eliminate the arm rotation with the fixed multi-beam X-ray sources. In this paper, image quality with different reconstruction algorithms and parallel imaging configurations were investigated. Computer simulations based on spheres and wires suggested that the wide view angle range benefited the removal of out-of-plane blur and the large projection number contributed to the smoothness of reconstructed objects.
