Résumé: Pour la première fois,nous décrivons un genre nouveau pour la sous-famille Tricycleinae LEHRER, 1970 de Roumanie: Dobrogiella n. gen. Celui-ci avec son espèce-type Dobrogiella phallogreciana n. sp. sont les premiers taxons paléarctiques,qui ont les cerques du male bifurqués et le phallosome d'un type de structure différent de celui des espèces de Tricylea WULP. Summary: For the first time,we describe a new kind for the subfamily Tricycleinae LEHRER, 1970 of Romania: Dobrogiella n. gen. This one with its species-type Dobrogiella phallogreciana n. sp. are the first palearctic taxa, which have the male cerques forked and the phallosome of a type of different structure from that of the species of Tricylea WULP.
