Exxon Mobil is still evaluating Iraq's first postwar upstream licensing round, for which bids will be opened at the end of this month, Chairman and Chief Executive Rex Tillerson said Tuesday. "The discussion around the whole tender itself still concerns us and is ongoing, just as it is for everyone in the industry. We haven't made a final decision yet as to what we're going to do relative to participating in the tender," Tillerson said in the Dutch city of Groningen Bids are to be opened in Baghdad on Jun. 29-30 (IOD Jun.16,p1).
