摘要

A new type of chemically modified electrode, named Mo-S-Ag cluster modified electrode, was prepared by adsorption of MoS42- on the surface of a silver electrode. The modified electrode was characterized by spectroscopic methods, including FT-IR, FT-Raman, XPS and AES. The experimental results indicated that MoS42- was bound to the surface of a silver electrode, forming Mo-S-Ag 'bridges'. The modified electrode possessed a strong electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA). Differential pulse voltammetric response (DPV) at the modified electrode also showed good results. [References: 16]
